Description:
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own and optimize our web funnels in a classic cross-functional setup (design + dev + QA).
This role is focused on growth, monetization, and experimentation. You’ll work closely with UA, Creative, and Product teams to increase ARPU, LTV, and overall funnel performance.
Responsibilities:
Own web funnel optimization across all traffic sources (Meta, Applovin, TikTok etc.)
Run A/B tests to improve ARPU, CVR, and LTV
Launch and validate new funnels for new sales angles
Build and prioritize a backlog of growth hypotheses
Align product experience with marketing promises
Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams on implementation
Work with localized funnels
Conduct market, competitor, and audience research to generate growth insights
Requirements:
2+ year of experience in Product Marketing / Growth / Monetization (B2C)
Strong understanding of funnel metrics and subscription economics
Experience running A/B tests and measuring impact
Data-driven mindset and strong analytical thinking
Experience working with analytics tools (Amplitude, Tableau, or similar)
Experience working with paid traffic products
Ability to define hypotheses and prioritize experiments
Comfortable working with dashboards and CR analysis
Experience working cross-functionally with design and development teams
Nice to have:
Experience launching new sales angles or positioning experiments
Experience working with web funnel builders
Basic understanding of no-code tools or frontend logic
Interest in fashion, style, or visual aesthetics
